TERMS
Rates do not include 7% Service Charge and 13% Government Tax.
Children under 12 stay FREE-Maximum 2 per unit.
Rates subject to change without notification.
Major credit cards accepted. All rates in US dollars.
A 3% Processing Fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
Security Damage Deposit
All reservations will require a $750 security deposit at the time of check in, made by a credit card authorization hold. Following the checkout inspection, the security hold will be released in 5 to 7 days, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Deductions from the security deposit may include, but are not limited to;
violation of the smoking policy
excess cleaning fee
missing item replacement costs
damaged item replacement or repair costs and repair costs of buildings or grounds.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
The following credit cards are accepted – American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Pets are not permitted at Silver Sands. Please note that we are also unable to accommodate service animals.
The use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes
is not permitted within the facilities and throughout the Silver Sands property.Office hours are: Monday-Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday – 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon,
Sunday and Holidays – Closed
Special holiday hour information will be posted at the office.
After-hours check-in is available. Please contact the office for details.

For reservations that include Christmas or New Year’s Eve – Minimum Stay of 7-nights is required.
Full non-refundable payment is due by September 1st.
Cancellations must be made prior to September 1st to receive a refund of the deposit less a 3% processing fee.
Please note that discounts are not available over the holiday travel period.

Rental Guests:
If the Cayman Islands Government has issued a hurricane evacuation and you decide to leave Silver
Sands before the end of your reserved time, you will be charged only for the nights you have stayed.
If a hurricane hits Grand Cayman Island and you become stranded at Silver Sands because flights have
been canceled, your first overstay night will be FREE. For each additional night, you will be charged a
nominal fee of US $150/night for a maximum of 2 additional nights. It is expected that you will depart on the first available flight.Cancellation prior to Arrival:
In the event that your flight to Grand Cayman has been canceled due to a Government issued hurricane
warning, you will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year. If a hurricane is anticipated to
hit Grand Cayman within 24 hours of your visit, you may cancel your reservation and will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year.Rescheduling:
If you choose to arrive after a hurricane has passed, and you request a shortened visit from your original
reserved time, you will be charged only for the actual nights stayed at Silver Sands. -
Reservations may be cancelled with a refund, less a 3% Processing Fee as follows:
