The state-of-the-art kitchen is a dream for those who prefer to prepare their own meals, complete with modern appliances and thoughtful touches. A convenient powder room is also located on the first level.

Upstairs: Restful Bedrooms with Spa-Like Baths

Upstairs, you’ll find two beautiful bedrooms:

  • The master suite offers a relaxing retreat with soft linens and panoramic views.

  • The second bedroom is cozy and welcoming, great for children or guests.

Both rooms feature striking bathrooms with decorative mosaic tilework, adding a touch of island elegance to your stay.

AMENITIES

  • Tennis Courts

    The condos have 2 turf-surfaced tennis courts located at the roadside behind Building H. Courts can be reserved by using the sign-up sheets located outside the office. It allows for one hour of play per unit unless no one else has signed up.

  • Pool

    One of the largest oceanfront pools on Grand Cayman, this spacious swimming area is nestled between lush gardens and the white sand of Seven Mile Beach. Surrounded by comfortable loungers and shaded seating areas, you can stay comfortable at the pool all day long.

    The wide, shallow entry steps are thoughtfully designed to give smaller children a safe place to splash and play, while the rest of the pool offers plenty of room to swim, float, or simply soak up the view.

  • Volleyball & Bocce

    Add a little friendly competition to your island days with a game of bocce or beach volleyball. Our bocce court, tucked among the palms, is perfect for a relaxed afternoon match, while the beach volleyball net, set right on the sand, invites spontaneous games with family or neighbors. Whether you're keeping score or just having fun, it's all part of the laid-back island lifestyle at Silver Sands.

  • Hammocks

    Whether you’re catching up on a good book or sneaking in a seaside nap, our hammocks are made for island-style relaxation. Choose between two shaded pergola-style hammocks right on the beach, or sway between two palm trees in the garden for the ultimate breezy escape.

  • BBQ Grills

    BBQ grills are available at the beachside gazebo and throughout the property. They are free of charge, but don’t forget to buy charcoal!

  • Gazebo

    Nestled between the pool and the sand, our open-air gazebo is a favorite gathering spot. With plenty of tables and chairs, it’s perfect for Caribbean-style beach BBQs, casual lunches, or a shaded break from the sun. As evening falls, it becomes the ideal place to sip a drink and watch the sun melt into the Caribbean Sea.
