Deposit
All deposits are required at the time of booking confirmation. Reservations of three or fewer nights require full payment. All other reservations require a 50% deposit. A 3% Processing Fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
BALANCE
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
All payment/deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. See Holiday exception.
