The apartment strikes that rare balance of being both modern and comfortable, which can be hard to find in a Caribbean vacation rental. It’s spacious enough to feel luxurious whether we’re here as a couple or with our two kids. We can’t wait to come back!”

Beautiful & Relaxing
“The setting for these condos is so picturesque, my photos looks like post cards! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and there are corral reefs to explore right in the vicinity, so you can just jump right in with your snorkel gear!
The condo complex was quiet and calm and relaxing. No chaos or traffic from the southern part of 7-mile beach. The condo itself was spacious, clean and festively decorated -- like a vacation home away from home. Cleaning staff came 2-3 times per week, with was a luxury. All around, a wonderful experience!”

We had the privilege of staying at #30 Silver Sands earlier this year, and it was truly a memorable experience.
The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped—especially the kitchen—and the furnishings are both stylish and comfortable. The master bedroom features the largest bed we’ve ever slept in, making it hard to leave in the mornings!
Because the balcony faces west, it’s comfortably shaded throughout the day, making it the perfect spot to relax—whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or taking in the spectacular Cayman sunsets.
The location is one of the best on the island, with access to top-notch facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and beautifully maintained grounds.
Anyone lucky enough to book this apartment will not be disappointed—we can’t wait to return!
